The protection of your personal information is important to us. Below we inform you about how we process personal data when you use our club portal and the associated app.
The controller for data processing is the club or the party responsible for content (see legal notice). Technical operation and development: Impecto Nexus UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Im Tannenwinkel 8, 41749 Viersen, Germany. Contact: support@impecto-nexus.com.
When you access our website or app, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) automatically records access data (e.g., IP address, date, browser type) in server logs. This data is necessary for operation and is not combined with other data; no personalized evaluation takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operation).
Use of the portal requires registration (e.g., by email/magic link or by administration). We process email, name, and any other data you provide. Purpose: provision of the portal, assignment of bookings and club functions. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or consent. Data is stored for as long as your account exists and thereafter only as required by law.
Information on training times, bookings, and reviews is processed for club internal processes and used only within the controller and the technical service provider.
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token linked to your account to deliver notifications (e.g., booking confirmations, game reminders). This data is used solely for sending notifications and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Personal data is not sold or passed on to third parties. Technical hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU. Further information: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr/.
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or for statutory retention periods. It is then deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), objection (Art. 21), and data portability (Art. 20). You may file a complaint with a data protection authority (e.g., Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. The current version can be found on this page.
